3V Fasteners Named Spirit AeroSystems Platinum Supplier
Corona, CA-based 3V Fasteners Company Inc. was one of 13 companies recognized by Spirit AeroSystems Inc. as 2011 Platinum Suppliers.
“Spirit suppliers are expected to provide materials and services of the right quality, in the right quantity, at the right time, and at the right price,” said Charles McKinny, Spirit vice president, corporate supply chain management & global strategy.
The 13 companies were selected based on their performance in 2011 considering factors such as quality, on-time delivery, support, and willingness to partner with Spirit for overall improvement in value delivered to Spirit and subsequently to Spirit’s customers.
The 13 companies were honored Tuesday night in Wichita, KS, at Spirit’s Inaugural Supplier Recognition Event.
