NTF in Perry, OH

Earnest Machine has acquired Ohio-based National Threaded Fasteners (NTF) for an undisclosed sum.

“The owners of both companies have been friends for many years and the timing is right for this transition,” Earnest Machine stated in a letter to customers.

While continuing to deliver products and services purchased from NTF by its customers, Earnest Machine closed NTF’s facility in Perry, OH, on February 12 and will move the inventory and operations to its facilities in Indianapolis and Atlanta between February 13-19.

NTF president Kathy Marazzi reportedly will continue to work with Earnest Machine and “support the transition,” the letter stated.

National Threaded is an ISO certified stocking importer and master distributor of packaged and bulk flange products in inch and metric sizes.  NTF was headquartered at 3705 Lane Rd., Perry, OH 44081.

The acquisition comes two months after Earnest Machine launched spinoff Zirks, LLC, a “cutting-edge importing platform that will empower supply chain managers to reduce expenses and increase efficiency in the face of increasing tariff and supply chain logistics costs.”

Zirks allows purchasing, supply chain, and logistics managers to order and receive commodity fasteners from overseas in as little as five days.  Web: Zirks.io
