NIFMSE Announces 2013 Dates for Las Vegas Fastener Expo

The National Industrial Fastener & Mill Supply Expo will be October 23-25, 2013, at the Sands Expo in Las Vegas, general manager Susan Hurley announced.
Next fall the trade show will be October 10-12, 2012, at the Sands.  Conferences and an opening reception will be on Wednesday. The trade show 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday plus 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday.

The first National Industrial Fastener Show was held in 1981 in Columbus, Ohio. The 2012 expo will be the 16th annual in Las Vegas.

NIFMSE’s largest show was in 2007 with 829 booths and 5,629 total registration in Las Vegas. The 2011 show drew 704 booths and registration totaled 4,238.

The peak distributor registration was 1,733 in 1995 in Columbus. Last fall a total of 1,253 registered.
