Loosening Headlamps Prompt Porsche Recall
Porsche is recalling certain model year 2011-2012 Cayenne due to loosening fasteners in the headlamps, which can cause the assembly to detach from the fender.
The recall covers 20,278 of the automaker’s luxury SUVs manufactured from March 8, 2010 through January 31, 2012.
“A detached headlight could lead to loss of visibility and an increased risk of a crash,” the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reported. ©2012 GlobalFastenerNews.com
