Würth Service Supply Donates Supplies to Indiana Tornado Victims
Würth Service Supply donated tools and construction supplies to help rebuild tornado-ravaged communities around Henryville, Indiana.
“Employees at Würth Service Supply expressed a great desire to help the communities affected and worked together to collect materials from stock that would be useful,” the company stated.
Indianapolis branch employees Steve Duncan and Dave Modlin delivered the donated materials, valued at over $50,000, to Captain Donny Taylor of the Monroe Township Volunteer Fire Department in Henryville.
Nearly 300 primary residences were destroyed or incurred major damage, leaving several families to rebuild and others to relocate.
“It looked as though they had been bombed; we felt like we were in a war zone,” Duncan said of the damage.
