SHOW NEWS: 2012 NIFMSE Booth Count Highest Since 2007 Record

Exhibit space for the 2012 National Industrial Fastener & Mill Supply Expo will be the largest since the record set in 2007.
NIFMSE general manager Susan Hurley reported 598 companies from 18 nations have booked 765 booths.

Last year there were 757 booths. The record was set in 2007 at 829 booths.

Early attendee advance registration totaled 1,514 distributors, manufacturers, importers, sales reps and others, registration supervisor Erin Thomas announced.  The advance registration includes 550 distributors.

The final overall registration total for 2011 was 4,238. The NIFMSE record is 5,629 in 2007.

The 17th NIFMSE will be October 10-12, 2012, at the Sands Expo in Las Vegas. Events will begin Wednesday with conferences and an opening reception. The trade show will be 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday.

Thus far there are 90 new exhibitors for 2012.

Exhibitors come from 18 countries: Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, Germany, India, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, Turkey, United Kingdom and Vietnam.
