Chief Executive Officer
A southern U.S.-based specialty fastener distributor and manufacturer is seeking a chief executive officer.
The CEO will enhance an already stellar culture, develop new client relationships through existing networks; and work arm-in-arm with employees.
The company prides itself on creating and fostering an “open door policy” and no “ivory towers” culture and is built on a foundation the people and relationships are what drive this business. The CEO and senior management team will strategically select the best markets and new product opportunities.
The CEO will assist the senior management team in defining resources and initiatives required to execute strategies to generated increased profitability, sales growth and strong financial returns.
Experience requirements include a minimum of five years as CEO, president or general manager; fastener distribution; developing strategy for sustainable growth; financial acumen and monitoring; working with board proactively raising issues and identifying problems and setting realistic targets; an undergraduate decree with engineering or technical emphasis preferred.
