SHOW NEWS: Husqvarna’s MacKay to Speak at STAFDA

Scott MacKay will give the 2013 Associate’s State-of-the-Industry presentation to the Specialty Tools & Fasteners Distributors Association 37th annual convention.
MacKay is director of distribution services for Husqvarna Construction Products. He has been with the Kansas-based North American division of Husqvarna for more than 20 years.
Husqvarna – founded in 1689 to make muskets in Sweden – now has 2,100 employees worldwide and 10 factories making forest, garden, landscaping and construction products.
STAFDA president Rick Lamb of Albuquerque, NM-based Frank’s Supply Co. will give the State-of-Distribution address.
The convention will be November 11-13, 2013, at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.
The two presentations will be on Tuesday morning.
The first Monday session to be announced is Ryan Barradas of Wealthpoint LLC speaking on “Succession or Exit? Decision or Dilemma.”
