Anixter Fasteners unveiled its new facility in Monterrey, Mexico. 
The new facility is intended to support Anixter’s customers in Mexico and “facilitate the growing demand in the region.” 

The 50,000 sq ft facility includes 45,000 sq ft of warehouse space for local inventory; 5,397 racking positions; and 5 shipping docks for faster deployment.

Anixter said it offers:

Complete infrastructure to process orders using our JIT and Mainframe systems
Local dedicated inventory, with reduction of property cost to customers
Development of local vendors
Closed yard for truck loading and unloading
24 hour security surveillance
Complete forklift infrastructure to access all of our racking.
