FIN SURVEY

The End of 2014 FIN Survey was conducted online at GlobalFastenerNews.com and through a print questionnaire distributed in FIN during December 2014.

Distributors totaled 46% of the End of 2014 FIN Survey; manufacturers 36%; importers 11%; and “others” 5%.

• The number of plants / warehouses ranged from one to 20.

• Employment among FIN Survey participating companies ranged from one to 2,500.

The FIN Survey is informal and not designed to be a scientific survey. 

Respondents are anonymous. In some results, percentages may not add up to 100% due to “Don’t Know/Not Sure” responses and/or rounding to one decimal place.
