RS Technologies Offering Fastener Test Training

RS Technologies Ltd. will conduct a seminar on torque-tension specifications and how to leverage them to improve product design.

The free seminar will be 8:30 a.m. to 1 pm, Tuesday, June 3, 2014, at RS Technologies in Farmington, MI.

Topics include: Basic torque-turn-tension technology; measurement of applied torque, thread torque and clamp load and calculating friction coefficients; common fastener test specs; best practices for obtaining and interpreting test data; and strategies for leveraging test results to improve product design.
