Scott Brown
Hahn Systems opened a branch in Batavia, IL. The Indianapolis construction and industrial tool supplier already had branches in Indiana, Michigan and Kentucky.
The Chicago-area branch will serve residential and commercial construction customers, plus pallet, crating and other wood-based manufacturers in Northern Illinois.
Mike Saulnier is branch manager.
“Hahn Systems is excited to be making this investment as part of our strategic growth plan and we look forward to building our presence in Illinois,” Hahn president Scott Brown said.
Founded in 1938, Hahn Systems supplies construction and industrial tools, including nails, staples, abrasives, adhesives and fasteners. In 2012 Hahn added lines of lumber, dry wall and other masonry supplies to its service offerings through the purchase of Southeastern Supply Company in 2012.
In 2013 Hahn acquired pallet nail manufacturer ECS Fasteners – now Fuzion Fasteners.
Doug Hahn was the 2006 STAFDA president.
Hahn is headquartered at 6312 Southeastern Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46203. Tel: 317 536-6746 or 800 201-4246 Web: hahnsystems.com
