CEO Andrew Mojcik announced Warren Bolt & Screw acquired Auto-Metrics Co. Livonia, MI-based Auto-Metrics manufactures dowel pins and specialty fasteners.
Wojcik said the 20,00 sq ft plant will enable Warren Bolt to expand its product offerings, including small plated hex nuts.
