Allfast’s Randall Buying Kenny Roger’s LA Mansion
Jim Randall – who sold his aerospace fastener manufacturing company last year for $360 million – is acquiring Kenny Rogers’ former Los Angeles mansion for $46.25 million.
Designntrend.com reported Jim and Eleanor Randall are buying the 24,000 sq ft, 11-bedroom, 17-bathroom home with a glass elevator, ballroom, three living rooms, movie theater and gym. There is a 3,000 sq ft master bedroom, tennis court, pool, spa and parking for 25 cars.
The house built in 1938 sits on 1.62 acres of land.
Randall sold Southern California-based Allfast Fastening Systems Inc. to TriMas Corp. last year. Allfast manufactures solid and blind rivets, blind bolts, temporary fasteners and installation tools for the aerospace industry.
Country music Hall of Famer Rogers had listed the property for $65 million.
