Crescent Manufacturing acquired the major assets, including extensive machinery, heading and threading tooling, customer list and files, of Perfection Screw and Rivet, announced chairman Steve Wilson.   

“This acquisition expands Crescent Manufacturing’s tooling and manufacturing capability,” the company stated. “Crescent will be able to manufacture longer, smaller diameter parts.” 

Crescent Manufacturing’s product range is from triple ought (000) to 3/8 inch in diameter and up to three inches long. 

All of the equipment, tooling, and customer files have been relocated from Perfection’s location in Wolcott, CT, to Crescent’s newly expanded facility in Burlington, CT.

Crescent Manufacturing also announced that two new manufacturing representatives are partnering with Crescent.
