Elgin National Industries Inc. formed Elgin Fasteners International as a subsidiary to support the four Elgin Fastener Group companies, general manager Gary Walston announced.
EFI named Frank Pushpak as the first sales engineer. Pushpak has 25 years experience with five fastener manufacturers.
