Tom Willcutt was elected chair of the International Staple, Nail & Tool Association and Alan Phillips vice chair.
Willcutt is president and co-owner of Specialty Fasteners Inc., Prairie Grove, AR, and Phillips is director of intellectual property at Pentair Tools Group of Jackson, TN. Chuck Hotze, national sales manager at Fasco/Beck, was appointed public relations chair.
