” Former Pentacon Inc. CEO Mark Baldwin was named CFO of Veritas DGC Inc., a Houston-based geological and reservoir technology supplier to the petroleum industry. Baldwin headed Pentacon from 1997 to 2001. He joins Veritas from First Reserve Corp., where he served as an operating partner.
