Funeral services for Heinrich Bossard will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 22, 2004, at St. Michael’s Parish Church in Z�g, Switzerland. The family will hold a condolence reception from 11 a.m. to noon at Parkhotel in Z�g.
Bossard, 61, was killed in a plane crash while on holiday in New Zealand. His wife, Silvia Bossard-Eichenberger, survived the crash and is expected to remain hospitalized for some time. She asked that the family conduct the funeral without her.
The family issued a statement:””With Heini Bossard we have lost an exceptional person – a person who managed to combine cosmopolitan thinking and commitment to his company with a strong sense of family and of ethics. We will all miss his cheerful disposition and the care he lavished on us all.””
