Two McIlhons Open McIlhon & Associates

Ed McIlhon announced the formation of McIlhon & Associates, Inc., a representation and consulting agency with his son, Casey McIlhon. Ed McIlhon is chairman and CEO and will spearhead business management practices consulting beginning January 1, 2006.
Casey McIlhon is president and COO and heads rep activities which began this month. The Midwest territory agency begins with Bossard Metrics, G.L. Huyett and Big Bolt.

Both were once with Iowa Industrial Products, which was founded in 1969 by Dan McIlhon and sold to Bossard Group of Zug, Switzerland, in 1999. Dan is father of Ed and grandfather of Casey. The Cedar Falls, IA-based division is now known as Bossard IIP.

Ed McIlhon headed IIP and was the 1994-95 president of the National Fastener Distributors Association.
Casey McIlhon worked in the IIP warehouse from 1989 to 1994. With Bossard he was regional sales manager and director of sales & marketing.
