ILS Sales Up at Park Ohio

Park Ohio Holdings Corp. reported sales at its ILS division, including fasteners, rose 17.5% to $532.6 million during 2005, while operating income grew 19.3% to $34.8 million.
ILS sales during the fourth quarter of 2005 climbed 26% to $138.4 million, with operating income soaring 84% to $10.14 million.
“Our increased revenues and net income in 2005 were reflective of a strong economic atmosphere combined with historical operating efficiencies,” commented CEO Edward Crawford. “We expect our results to continue improving as we expand our global presence.”
