ACQUISITION: Suburban Bolt and Dearborn Screw Merge

Suburban Bolt & Supply Co. and Dearborn Screw & Bolt agreed to merge operations. Both companies are 30 years old and will remain under current names and management.\
The combined southeastern Michigan companies have locations in Port Huron, Mt. Clemens, Orion, Roseville and Detroit which total 150,000 sq ft and 100 employees. Annual revenues exceed $15 million.
Suburban president Jerry Kelley said the merger allows the new company to �provide a higher level of service to a wider range of customers, at competitive prices.�
