The organizer of the European fastener trade shows unveiled Fastener Fair Budapest to introduce the developing Eastern European market. The new show will be September 22-23, 2008, in Budapest.
“Having an exhibition in Hungary will give the industry a valuable insight into how the fastener market works in Eastern Europe,” show organizer Jerry Ramsdale said.
Eastern Europe offers low cost manufacturing and assembly potential and governments are “keen to facilitate the establishment of prestige and high technology companies.”
Hungary is bordered by Slovakia, Ukraine, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia and Austria. Surrounding Eastern European nations also are Poland, Moldova, Bulgaria and Bosnia Herzegovina.
In addition to the traditional fastener trade, end users will be invited to Fastener Fair Budapest.
