Simpson Strong-Tie Buys EB-TY and Lumber Loc

Simpson Strong-Tie acquired Blue Heron Enterprises, LLC and Fox Chase Enterprises, LLC, manufacturers of the EB-TY and Lumber Loc hidden deck fastening systems. 

Simpson Strong-Tie has sold EB-TY fasteners and provided its screws with the EB-TY product offering since 2008. It plans to invest in this product line to provide customers the best products and services in the industry.

“We are very excited about this opportunity to help our customers take advantage of the exceptional growth potential in the hidden deck fastening market,” said Ed Sutt, vice president of fastening systems with Simpson Strong-Tie. “The outstanding quality and performance of the EB-TY and Lumber Loc lines fit in well with the Simpson Strong-Tie brand.”
