Bamal Acquires Active Screw & Fastener
Bamal Fastener Corp. acquired Countryside, IL-based Active Screw Fastener, a fastener distributor serving VMI, waterworks and infrastructure products markets.
“Active Screw is a perfect fit for our company and this transaction allows us to further execute our plan of strengthening our presence in the mid‐west, southwestern United States and border region, and southeastern United States,” stated Bamal president Kevin Miller.
Former Active Screw owner Buddy Blattner added: “Bamal Fastener Corporation fits Active like a glove. Bamal’s a great home for our employees, customers, suppliers and service providers.”
