Falcon Metal Corp. completed the purchase of the operating assets of C&M Industrial Solutions effective July 1, 2009.
C&M opened for business in April 2008 in Louisville, KY, by Campbell Mattingly and Michael Collins. Both will remain with the organization and continue to operate at 11400 Decimal Drive, Suite 1006, Louisville, KY 40299. Tel: 502 266-6292
C&M will focus on developing vendor managed inventory solutions for manufacturers in Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio.
Falcon Metal was founded by Bruce Roberts in August 1979. Roberts retired in January 2008 and was succeeded as president by Don Nowak.
The company, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary, began operating as an industrial fastener distributor in North Carolina. Falcon operates two branches in South Carolina.
