SHOW NEWS: China Show Expecting 600 Exhibitors
China Fastener Info is projecting 600 exhibitors and 12,000 visitors at its second Fastener Trade Show
The events will be September 23-25, 2009, at the Guangzhou Jinhan Exhibition Center in Guangzhou, China – near Hong Kong.
Many of the “booths” are “poster booths” – approximately 1.5 x 1 meter vertical panels an the exhibiting company may or may not have a sales representative nearby.
According to China Fastener Info figures, its first Fastener Trade Show in 2008 drew more than 5,000 visitors in fastener and related industries; including 600 professional visitors from more than 50 countries.
The show is open to OEMs and China Fastener Info recently promoted the trade show at furniture and motorcycle trade shows in China.
“The giant China consumption market is still developing,” China Fastener Info states. “With increasing activities in manufacturing and investment, China will exceed Japan to be the second biggest fastener market after the U.S. China fastener enterprises need more and more imported advanced technologies, equipment, molds & dies and supporting services to achieve their goals.”
The show organizer reported 83% came from mainland China and 4.2% from Hong Kong and Taiwan. Other countries represented are: India, Japan, Australia, Iran, Chile and the U.S., as well as Europe and Africa.
