Ta Chen International Inc. acquired stainless steel manufacturer Outokumpu Stainless Pipe for about EUR 25 million (US$29.5 million).

Ta Chen International is a master distributor of stainless, aluminum and nickel alloy coils, sheets, plates, long products, tubes and PVFs, and is owned by Taiwan-based Ta Chen Stainless Pipe Co. Ltd. – the parent company of fastener master distributor Brighton-Best International.
