MW Industries acquired Ameriflex, Inc., a manufacturer of precision formed metal bellows and bellows assemblies for the semiconductor, microelectronics, and aerospace industries.

Founded in 1981, Corona, CA-based Ameriflex produces bellows, flexible metal hoses, and metal flanges used in the vacuum electronics industry. The company also produces custom assemblies, combining bellows and flanges in value-added assemblies. Web: ameriflex.net

Ameriflex will join MW Industries’ Aerospace & Technologies group and continue to operate from their two facilities in Corona.

Founded as a tool and die company, Rosemont, IL-based MW Industries manufactures precision springs and specialty fasteners for more than 45,000 customers in 35 countries.
