Nuts and Bolts Inc. has acquired Fasteners Inc. of Omaha, including the associated Arconic (Huck) distribution rights. The deal was finalized on December 31.

The announcement was made by Todd Walters of Nuts and Bolts, who indicated the combined companies will be called Nuts and Bolts Inc.

“Our combined forces will operate out of the Nuts & Bolts facility located at 13333 Lynam Drive in LaVista, NE 68138,” Walters stated.

Fasteners Inc. president Jeannie Katzer said Walters and Gabe Tipton joined Nuts and Bolts from Fasteners Inc.

Founded in 1985, Nuts and Bolts supplies fasteners, including alloy & stainless steel fasteners and structural fasteners and anchor systems, as well as industrial supplies, from an 88,000 square ft warehouse. Web: nutsandboltsamerica.com
