AFC Industries acquired Minneapolis-based Patton Industrial Products, a distributor and machine shop specializing in components used in manufacturing and assembly operations. Terms of the deal, AFC’s second acquisition in two months, were not disclosed.
AFC acquired Des Moines, IA-based Boulder Company in July.
In business for more than 30 years, Bloomington, MN-based Patton is an ISO 9001:2008 certified fastener distributor supplying OEMs. Patton has facilities in Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, and Texas, and is a member of the National Fastener Distributors Association (NFDA). Web: pattonindustrial.com
