The 2020 Fastener Fair USA will feature educational conferences and a plant tour in addition to two days of the trade show.
The third Fastener Fair USA will be May 18-20, 2020, at the Charlotte Convention Center.
The theme for 2020 is “Holding Industry Together.”
There will be a keynote followed by three-track conferences on Monday developed with the Fastener Training Institute. Topics are applied technology, materials and best practices with business and supply chain management. There will be morning conferences on Tuesday and Wednesday in conjunction with the trade show. The welcome party will be at the NASCAR Hall of Fame on Tuesday.
Show manager Carroll Henning noted the supply chain, assembly, measurement and other processes “are becoming increasingly integrated” and the Charlotte show will have “more industry content” in addition to networking and business development. Henning explained that Charlotte is an automotive, aerospace and industrial center. North Carolina has 33 of the top 100 global OEM auto part suppliers and 290 automotive parts manufacturers plus 300 furniture manufacturing firms.
