Ramsey, MN-based B&F Fastener Supply acquired Mid States Specialty Sales in Moline, IL, according to Industrial Distribution. B&F’s Davenport branch — added in 2015 — will absorb MSSS.

The deal is B&F’s third acquisition since 2017.

“This is a great fit for us and an easy transition for our Davenport branch to absorb the additional workload,” stated B&F marketing manager Aryn Young.

In April, the company acquired the fastener division of Fridley, MN-based Champion Charter. B&F has absorbed Champion into its Ramsey location.

In 2020, B&F oped a new 25,000 sq ft shop in Frederic, WI, to support the company’s Machining division. The company also recently built a 20,000 sq ft branch in St. Cloud, MN; a 25,000 sq ft branch in Sioux Falls, SD; and a 17,000 sq ft branch in Mankato, MN.
