MW Industries acquired Fox Valley Spring Company LLC to expand its automation and manufacturing capabilities for springs and wire forms.
Fox Valley Spring joins the MW Components division that manufactures precision components.
MW Industries CEO Simon Newman said Fox Valley Spring’s technology and expertise “will allow us to better support our customers as they seek custom springs made from specialty materials, manufactured to tighter tolerances.”
Founded in 1989, Fox Valley Spring has 80 employees at its 77,300 sq ft Wisconsin facility manufactures compression, extension, torsion, flat and constant force/ power springs and wire forms. Web: FoxValleySpring.com
