Early bird discount registration for the February 21-25 Fastener Training Week in Cleveland is February 7.

The Fastener Training Institute in-person training is conducted at the Industrial Fasteners Institute.  This advanced technical training program is offered in partnership with IFI and is for fastener distributors, manufacturers and end-users.

The week offers five days of education and plant tours as part of the FTI Certified Fastener Specialist technical training. Upon completing training and passing a final exam, attendees qualify for CFS designation.

The week covers manufacturing processes, consensus standards and quality control.  Salim Brahimi, IFI director of engineering & technology, and Laurence Claus of NNi Training & Consulting are the instructors.

There is a discount for members of the Pac-West, NFDA, IFI, MWFA, NCFA, SFA and AIM Prime.  Grants are offered by the IFI.
