The website also has 2D and 3D CAD – computer-aided drafting – files and spec sheets for 40,000 products and advice on the purchasing and application of fastener options.

CEO David Byrne saw the need for an e-commerce option for 24/7 finding and ordering hardware in addition to the sales team and business development managers working with customers.

Olander distributes fastener and hardware to industrial customers in medical, semiconductor, aerospace and other fields.  Olander also provides resources for engineers and inventors through counter and will-call offerings.  With the Covid-19 guidelines, Olander offers curbside pick-up service.
