Toyota Prototype Division Leases former General Fasteners Facility
A prototype development division of Toyota Motor Corp. is expanding into Livonia, MI, taking on a 138,000 square feet facility that used to house the operations of General Fasteners Co. until about three years ago.
Toyota Motor Engineering and Manufacturing N.A. intends to lease the 11820 Globe Street facility for three-to-five years.
The property reportedly has been vacant since General Fasteners relocated.
