Doncasters Appoints Russell to Senior VP – Fastener Systems Division
Bill Russell, Senior VP of Doncasters’ Fastener Systems division
UK-based Doncasters Group Ltd. appointed Bill Russell to the divisional role of Senior VP of Sales and Marketing for its Fastener Systems group, which includes Nelson Stud Welding, Specialty Bar, EBC Industries located, Ferry Cap and General Products LLC.
Russell joined Doncasters from B/E Aerospace. For the past five years he was president of Doncasters’ gear products division prior to its sale at the end of June.
“We will be building on the excellent work within the division to further identify key strengths across the business units and leverage where possible as we aggressively pursue existing and new markets,” Russell stated.
Russell will work with divisional managing directors and sales and marketing personnel to leverage the value of individual business units as well as cross-promote manufacturing capabilities to new and existing customers.
“I’m pleased that Bill has accepted this role,” stated fastener systems division president Ken Caratelli. “Bill’s strategic and marketing expertise will enable Doncasters and its divisions to deeply penetrate existing markets and delve into new markets.”
