Alcoa Fastening Systems Picks Stella Seven

Alcoa Fastening Systems appointed UK-based Stella Seven as the first online-only distributor for its Recoil brand of products, Fastener + Fixing Magazine reports.

In particular, Stella Seven is promoting the new Recoil Pro XL Series kit, which replaces both the previous Pro Series and standard range.

“The aim of the website is two-fold,” stated Stella Seven manager Neville Street. “It provides an easy-to-use experience for people with knowledge of and specifically wanting to purchase Recoil products. In many cases, these will be individuals who are  running or working in busy vehicle repair shops and don’t have time to trawl websites searching for the best

The website will also provide an additional online presence for potential customers who haven’t heard of Recoil but are looking for effective thread repair damage solutions.

“We have been looking for company to support our online offering for a number of months and the integrity of Stella Seven and the service they will offer Recoil customers fits the bill,” added AFS marketing manager Jay Sahadew.

Stella Seven is selling the Recoil range at recommended list prices.

Recoil thread repair kits are predominately used to repair damaged threads in a variety of automotive applications such as wheel bolts, spark plugs, brake callipers, oil sump and drain plugs, as well as a number of electronics, power generation and other general industrial applications. ©2010 GlobalFastenerNews.com
