2011 NIFMSE Numbers Up
The number of exhibitor booth increased for 15th annual National Industrial Fastener & Mill Supply Expo and a preliminary individual registration number was up.
Show management reported 757 booths – compared with 689 for 2010.
It was NIFMSE’s third largest booth total. The record stands at 829 in 2007, followed by 818 in 2008.
At the end of the first day, show co-owner Jim Bannister announced registration thus far totaled 4,229 – topping last year’s end-of-show total of 4,096.
The 2011 trade show was held in October instead of November and moved to the Sands Convention Center in Las Vegas. It had been at Mandalay Bay from 2007 to 2010.
There will be more statistics plus exhibitor and industry leader comments in the next issue of FIN.
