ACQUISITION: LoneStar Group Acquires AmeriBolt

LoneStar Group acquired fastener manufacturer AmeriBolt.

Founded in 2005 by Dawson Pruett, Mike Jones and Randall Hall, Sycamore, AL-based AmeriBolt goes to market exclusively through distribution channels focused on North American industrial, construction, transportation, waterworks and other manufacturing customers, in addition to midstream/downstream oil & gas markets and the petrochemical industry.

AmeriBolt works with fastener distributors throughout the U.S.,  Canada and Mexico. Its products are exported to the Caribbean as well as Central and South America.

Since its founded, AmeriBolt has added branches in Houston and Moss Point, MS. The company, which employs 160 workers, has also invested in new manufacturing capabilities including forging and heat treatment. Web: ameribolt.com

AmeriBolt will remain a separate entity and will continue trading under the AmeriBolt name. AmeriBolt will continue to be run by the current AmeriBolt senior management team, led by Dawson Pruett, who will report directly to LoneStar CEO Santosh Mathilakath.

LoneStar Fasteners will continue to be led by Marco Rodriguez, who also reports to Santosh.
