ACQUISITION: PrimeSource Buys 3-G’s Supply

Carrollton, TX-based PrimeSource Building Products Inc. acquired building materials and fastener distributor 3-G’s Supply for an undisclosed amount.
The deal included 3-G’s state-of-the-art distribution center in Strongsville, OH, and its assets in East Brunswick, NJ.
CEO Ken Fishbein said PrimeSource and 3-G’s products and brands will continue in their current form.
Incorporated in 1974, 3-G’s Supply has built their product offering from primarily fasteners to a more robust building materials supplier. The company continues to offer a range of fasteners, including cap screws, machine screws, carriage bolts, nuts and washers. Web: 3gsupply.com
