Birmingham Fastener has acquired rubber gasket supplier Champion Sales and Manufacturing, Inc. for an undisclosed sum. The deal enables Birmingham and its sister companies to expand product and service offering.

UPM Adds Additive Mfg. Facility
United Performance Metals opened its additive solutions center at its Ohio headquarters. The facility produces stainless steel, nickel and titanium build plates.
UPM Additive provides supply chain solutions for the additive manufacturing market – from feedstock supply management to finished part manufacturing. The company also refurbishes build plates through additional milling and grinding, and wire EDM build plate removal.
