ACQUISITIONS: Nelson Fastener Acquires TOG Manufacturing

Nelson Fastener Systems acquired TOG Manufacturing of North Adams, MA.

Formed in 1982, TOG employs 36 people to produce and distribute precision machine parts including specialty fasteners, rotor studs, valve components, custom bushings and other precision nitride parts for gas and steam turbine power generation applications. TOG’s name, location and staff will remain the same, Nelson Fastener stated in a press release.

“We have unified businesses to enhance our combined specialty fastener and custom machining enterprise,” Nelson Fastener stated.
