ACQUISITIONS: Odyssey Acquires Aircraft Parts Supplier Wencor Grp.

New York private equity firm Odyssey Investment Partners LLC acquired aircraft fastener and parts supplier Wencor Group. Terms were not disclosed.

Wencor founder Brent Wood is an investor in the deal.

Wencor supplies parts including fuel pumps, bearing and fasteners to airlines, MROs and OEMs.

Founded in 1955 in Miami and moved to Utah in 1982, Wencor has distribution facilities in Chicago, Miami and Amsterdam and is headquartered at 1625 N. 1100 West, Springville, UT 84663. ©2010 GlobalFastenerNews.com
