Mary “Lou” Aderman was elected president of Women in the Fastener Industry.

Pam Berry of Advance Components and Chris Young of Hudson Fasteners were elected vice presidents.

Aderman is a second generation in a fastener rep with the Aderman Company of Naperville, IL.

Ruth Dowling of Jinding Fasteners is the new secretary and Suzy Cravens is treasurer.

Others on the board are: Joanne Bialas, International Fasteners; Julee Kerivan Mortensen, Lucky 13 Fasteners; Beth VanZandt, Timberline Fasteners; Sandy Wilson, Spaenauer Company.
