Aderman Starts Coaching Service
The Aderman Company officially formed Aderman Coaching & Consulting Services for professionals in the fastener industry.
With 35 years of skills and experience as a business owner in the fastener industry, Aderman president Mary Lou Aderman felt that the coaching was a natural fit between her background and the industry.
Aderman Coaching & Consulting offers structured systems to help executives discover barriers to growth and identify where to focus.
“Anyone who has been near the fastener industry in the past 20 years knows the upheaval in the marketplace,” Aderman explained. “Our industry has been characterized by consolidation of distribution, offshore manufacturing and sales channel discontinuities.
