“The Strong family who founded the business in 1978 and have owned it since then wanted to find a new owner who would preserve the customer service culture of the business, continue to build on the foundation that we put in place, and provide additional opportunities for our employees and customers,” stated Boulder CEO John Bruntz.

AFC CEO Kevin Godin added: “In addition to finding an acquisition that expanded our ability to service customers in the upper Midwest and adding talent to our team, we were looking for a company that had a consistent culture of providing excellent service and value to their customers.”

Headquartered in Fairfield, OH, AFC Industries supplies fastening and other assembly components, specializing in point-of-use, vendor-managed inventory (VMI) solutions for the medical, rail, solar, utility, defense, automotive, marine, fluid handling, food service, and lighting industries.
