Alina Agresto and Jimmy Vattis announced they are retiring and have sold Delta Secondary LLC to Cornelis “Kees” van de Klippe.

Agresto and Vattis have been “building and maintaining” Illinois-based Delta for 30 years. They will remain active in Delta “for a period of time, assuring dependable and ongoing customer service that you have come to expect.”

Agresto was the 1994-95 president of the Chicago Bolt, Nut & Screw Association. She was the first woman president of the association – which is now known as the Mid-West Fastener Association.

van de Klippe, whose first name is pronounced “Case,” holds an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management Erasmus University. For the past 18 years he has held roles of global product director, vice president / general manager and sales manager for Alsip, IL-based Greif, which supplies steel, fiber and plastic drums, containers and packaging accessories.
