Avantus Aerospace acquired Fastener Innovation Technology Corporation (FIT) in Rancho Dominguez, CA.

Founded in 1979, FIT manufactures high-strength specialty fasteners for military and commercial aerospace applications.  The company is led by Larry Valeriano, who will continue to lead FIT along with the existing management team under the guidance of Avantus Fastener President Dennis Suedkamp.  Web: FitFastener.com
